311 Service Goes Digital

All of the approximately 600 services offered by 311 are now fully available online, including requests for snow plowing and tree maintenance, reporting overflowing catch basins, dogs off leash or missed garbage pick-ups.


Residents can access services at toronto.ca/311 easily submitting or tracking service requests, with the ability to request real time updates by email or text message or by chatting with an online agent. Information on all City services are available online in more than 50 languages.


Later this fall, a dedicated app will also be launched to provide a quick link to these services from mobile devices.
