The best value for buying books in the City is returning to the North York Central Library after a long COVID-19 hiatus. The Book Ends Store, located on the lower concourse level at 5120 Yonge Street, will re-open on November 17 and offer service Wednesdays through Saturdays between 10 AM and 4 PM.
You can buy donated items and materials withdrawn from the library's collection. Most materials are priced at $1.00, but may range from $0.50 to $5.00. Money raised from sales is used to support library programs and services across Toronto.
