Wednesday, November 3 from 7:00-9:00PM
The City is close to finalizing its planning study of Sheppard Avenue East between Bonnington and Clairtrell. When adopted by City Council, the results of this study will set the rules for the size of new buildings on Sheppard and measures to protect residents of nearby homes.
If you live close to Sheppard, the time to take an interest is before the plan is adopted, leading to specific development proposals based on it.
This meeting will, unfortunately, be online. It is the third one on this subject and possibly the last before it goes to North York Community Council.
Residents are invited to participate online or by phone to share their views. Information on how to access the meeting is available at toronto.ca/cpconsultations.
Background materials for this planning study are also available online. Comments or questions can be submitted to our office to Catherine.LeBlanc-Miller@toronto.ca.
