Proof of Vaccines Now in Effect

All Ontario residents now need to show proof of vaccination to access many public spaces. You can download proof of your first and second vaccination on the Province's COVID-19 portal.

Electronic receipts can be saved on your phone, or printed out and carried in hard copy.

To log into the portal, you will need your green photo ID OHIP card, your date of birth and your postal code. If you have a red and white health card or do not have one at all, you can call 1-833-943-3900 for help in getting your receipt. If you have other questions you can call the Provincial Vaccine Information line at 1-888-999-6488.

If you have an iPhone, you are able to download an app created by innovative Canadians and save your vaccination receipt to your Apple Wallet. More details on that here.

If you do not have access to a printer, the Toronto Public Library is allowing free printing of your vaccination receipt at all branches, including the North York Central Library at 5120 Yonge Street. Community centres have been asked to do the same.
