Some Community Centres Re-Open for Physical Therapy

Ten community centres across the city have re-opened in accordance with a provincial order to allow individuals with disabilities to access physical therapy.

These centres weight rooms, studios, stretch areas and indoor walking tracks are ONLY open to people with a disability as defined by the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.

If you qualify, you will need to make an appointment by calling the rec centre in advance and presenting a medical certificate each time you attend.
