The next event is a discussion of the rise of oil painting during the European Renaissance. Bernice Iarocci, Lecturer from the University of Toronto’s Visual Studies department leads the look at the origins of oil painting in Northern Europe to some of its most famous later examples from Italy. The talk will be live on Tuesday, April 20, at 6:30 PM.
